Welcome to Gramhive! This guide will walk you through how to discover, submit, and manage Telegram groups and channels on our platform.
Gramhive is a discovery platform that helps users find, promote, and manage Telegram communities. With our Telegram bot and web interface, group admins can list their groups for discovery, and users can browse communities by interest, tags, and language.
🧩 How It Works
Invite @GramhiveBot to your Telegram group or channel. Give it admin rights to access metadata (read-only is fine). For groups, use /confirm to validate ownership. For channels, simply forward a message from your channel to the bot.
After confirmation, the bot will reply with a unique link. Visit this link to log in and link your Telegram account.
After linking, go to your Gramhive dashboard. Edit your group/channel: add tags, description, category, language, and image. Once submitted, your listing enters pending review.
Our support team reviews your listing. Once approved, your group/channel will appear on the Explore page.

Yes. Just forward any message from your channel to the bot. It will handle the rest.
Groups are manually reviewed. Please complete the listing form after confirming the group. It may take a few hours to approve.
Yes. Use the dashboard to update tags, description, category, or image anytime.
Your groups will remain but become unclaimed. To manage them again, link the same Telegram account or use /confirm with a new one.
